Commercial licensing does not automatically transfer copyright or authorship. Third-party, software, AI-assisted, and licensed elements remain subject to applicable terms.

STEP 1 — TELL YOUR STORY
Complete the project request form below so your customized spoken experience can be personally reviewed before any payment or next step is requested.
Submitting this request does not automatically charge the customer. Every request is personally reviewed first.
STEP 2 — PROJECT REVIEW
It Just Had To Be Heard personally reviews every request and confirms:
- Correct package
- Final price
- Personal or commercial usage
- Estimated delivery date
- Revision allowance
- Special requirements
STEP 3 — CLIENT AGREEMENT
After approval, the customer receives the official Client Agreement. The agreement confirms:
- Selected service
- Price
- Approved discounts
- Payment terms
- Usage rights
- Copyright and ownership
- Revisions
- Delivery
- Cancellation/refund terms
- AI/third-party disclosure
- Signatures
Electronic signature may be used when available.
STEP 4 — CREATION CONFIRMATION
YOUR CUSTOMIZED SPOKEN EXPERIENCE IS OFFICIALLY IN PRODUCTION.
After the signed agreement and required payment are received, confirmation is sent showing:
- Project title
- Selected package
- Total price
- Amount paid
- Remaining balance
- Estimated delivery date
STEP 5 — CREATION & REVISION
Creation begins according to the confirmed package and project details.
One reasonable revision is included unless otherwise stated. Additional or major revisions may require an additional fee.
STEP 6 — PREVIEW & FINAL PAYMENT
For projects with a remaining balance, an appropriate preview is provided before final unrestricted delivery.
STEP 7 — FINAL DELIVERY
Customer receives:
- Final completed creation
- Included downloadable files
- Signed Client Agreement
- Payment receipt
- Usage-rights summary
- Thank-you message

PAYMENT & PRODUCTION
Projects Priced $75–$250
100% payment is required before production begins.
Projects Priced $350 and Above
50% non-refundable creation deposit is required before production begins.
Remaining 50% is due before final unrestricted delivery.

- $350 = $175 deposit + $175 balance
- $600 = $300 deposit + $300 balance
- $850 = $425 deposit + $425 balance
- $1,250 = $625 deposit + $625 balance
